What should I do to install a grease pump (light Line 11 and 12)?

Unlock the knobs or quick-release ring, remove the container lid and the grease compactor (if included with the purchased model), put grease into the container, press the compactor over it, install the impeller in the container (as purchased model) and tighten the knobs or quick-closing rim to fix the lid. Engage the compressed air in the air regulating filter (which should be set to 80 psi), point the grease control valve into an empty container, and trigger the air inlet to draw air inside the system to begin sucking grease from the container. Notes: When you turn on the compressed air in the pump, it will operate until you fill the piping with the product. When the piping pressure balances with the air pressure, the pump will stop automatically and will only restart when the grease valve is opened.

What should I do to install an oil propellant (light line 11 and 12)?

Unlock the clips, remove the lid from the canister (if included in the purchased model), pour oil into the container, install the pump in the 50 or 200 liter drum (depending on the model purchased) and close the lid. Engage the compressed air in the air regulating filter (which should be set to 80 psi), point the oil control valve into an empty container, and trigger the air inlet to drain the air into the system to begin sucking oil from the container. Notes: When you turn on the compressed air in the pump, it will operate until you fill the piping with the product. When the piping pressure balances with the air pressure, the pump will stop automatically and will only restart when the oil valve is opened.

What should I do to install a grease pump (heavy line 13 and 14)?

Install your pump on the 50 or 200 kg drum (depending on the model purchased). Remove the drum lid, put grease into the container and close the drum. Engage compressed air in the Lubrifil Assembly (which should be set to 80 psi) and trigger the grease control valve trigger. Note: If your installation does not have the Lubrifil Assembly, you must adjust the air inlet pressure to 80 psi and lubricate your pump daily through the oiler as follows: Remove the oiler screw, apply a few drops of SAE 30 oil and replace the screw.

What should I do to install an oil pump (heavy line 13 and 14)?

Install your 50 to 200 liter drum pump (depending on model). Engage compressed air in the Lubrifil Assembly (which should be set to 80 psi) and trigger the oil control valve trigger. Note: If your installation does not have the Lubrifil Assembly, you must adjust the air inlet pressure to 80 psi and lubricate your pump daily through the oiler as follows: Remove the oiler screw, apply a few drops of SAE 30 oil. and replace the screw.

I installed the pump and it worked, but did not “send” grease / oil. What can it be?

In this case there is air in the internal system of the equipment. Partially disconnect the pump hose – with the compressed air off – and then turn it on. The pump will start working, and when grease / oil is coming out of the connection, turn off the compressed air and connect the hose. The air will have been removed from the injector tube and the equipment will function normally. I installed the pump, but it didn’t work. What can it be? Check that the Pressure Regulating Filter / LUBRIFIL is connected in the correct position (there is an arrow indicating the air direction). Also check that the pressure gauge is set to the indicated pressure (80 to 100 psi).

What should I do to assemble a manual grease pump?
(Models 8522-G3, 8020-G3, 8620-G3, 8022-G3, 8622-G3)

Unlock the clamps or retaining ring, remove the cap and grease compactor assembly, put grease into the container, press the cap and compactor assembly and close the container by locking the clamps or retaining ring, depending on the model you purchased. Install the lever (refer to manual if in doubt) and begin operation by moving the lever up and down to begin grease flow through the nozzle. If grease interrupts pump operation, remove cap and roller assembly and check grease volume from container. For models that do not have compactor, just put grease and start the operation.

What should I do to assemble a manual oil pump? And at the installation?
(Models 8021-G2, 8031-G2, 8631-G2, 8032-G3, 8632-G3, 8033-G2)

ASSEMBLY

1 – Mount the lever fixing bolts on the center head pivot and the back of the pumphead (if your pump lever is disassembled);
2 – Insert the crystal hose, nozzle and spigot into the head oil outlet, tightening with a suitable wrench.

OPERATION

1 – Loosen the clamps or handle or fixing ring;
2 – Remove the lid of the container;
3 – Fill the container with oil;
4 – Put the lid on;
5 – Lock the clips or knob or the fixing ring;
6 – Support the foot on the support pedal;
7 – Start the operation by moving the lever up and down or turning the knob in the case of rack pumps to start oil flow through the nozzle.

I assembled the manual pump for grease / oil, but it is not pumping. What to do?

In this case there is air in the internal system of the equipment. Partially disconnect the pump hose and then operate the lever until grease / oil begins to flow out of the fitting. The air will have been removed from the injector tube and the equipment will be ready for use. Reconnect the hose.

What should I do to assemble a model 7801-M manual oil pump?

1- Thread the suction tube in 3 parts at the inlet of the pump body. Tighten the fitting tightly to eliminate any air leakage. Note: Apply thread sealant to the suction tube threads on the 3 parts before placing it into the pump body;
2 – Screw the retaining nut firmly into the opening of the oil drum;
3 – Slide the pump and the 3-part suction tube mounted through the opening of the retaining nut so that it reaches the bottom of the drum. Tighten the retaining nut screw against the suction tube in 3 parts;
4 – Attach the lever to the pump body shaft;
5 – Turn the lever clockwise. Make sure there is an air vent in the drum for the pump to operate satisfactorily;
6 – Do not use this pump with acids, chemicals, solvents, thinner, gasoline or water as they attack the seals and gaskets.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

• Always use good quality oil / grease and avoid contaminating it with impurities (chips, tow, rags, etc.);
• Keep your compressed air line free of moisture;
• For the perfect operation of your equipment, always keep at least 16cm of fluid height in the container;
• Add Lubrifil 1/4 ″ before the air inlet of your pump to eliminate and lubricate possible impurities and moisture from your pneumatic line;
• Daily drainage of your air compressor is essential;
• Turn off or disengage compressed air from your pneumatic pump when not in use or when it will not be used for a short time.

Read all instruction manuals, stickers and labels before operating our equipment.
