How should I proceed when installing a grease pump (Light duty 11 and 12)?

Unlock the handles or the fast-lock ring, remove the reservoir cover and the grease compactor (if included in the purchased model), add grease to the reservoir, press the compactor on it, install the propelling pump to the reservoir (according to the purchased mode) and tighten the handles or the fast-lock ring to secure the cover. Engage the compressed air regulating filter (which must be set to 100 psi), point the grease control meter
at an empty reservoir and activate the trigger to drain the air contained in the system to start the grease suction from the reservoir. Notes: When connecting the compressed air to the pump, it will start until the pipe is filled with the product. When the pipe pressure balances with the air pressure, the pump stops automatically and will only start again when the grease meter is opened.

How should I proceed when installing an oil pump (light duty 11 and 12)?

Unlock the clips, remove the reservoir cover (if included in the purchased model),
add oil to the reservoir, install the pump to the 50 or 200 L reservoir (according to the purchased
model) and close the cover. Engage the compressed air to the air regulating filter (which must be
set to 100 psi), point the oil control meter at an empty reservoir and activate the
trigger to drain the air contained in the system to start the oil suction from the
reservoir. Notes: When connecting the compressed air, to the pump, it will
start until the pipe is filled with the product. When the pipe pressure
balances with the air pressure, the pump stops automatically and will only start again when
the oil valve is opened.

How should I proceed when installing a grease pump (light duty 13 and 14)?

Install your pump to 50 or 200 kg reservoir (according to the purchased model). Remove the
reservoir cover, add grease to the reservoir and close the reservoir. Engage the compressed air to
Lubrifil Assembly (which must be set to 100 psi) and activate the trigger of the grease control
valve.
Note: If your installation does not have Lubrifil Assembly, it is necessary to set the air
output pressure to 80 psi and lubricate the pump daily through the oiler, as
follows: Remove the oiler screw, apply a few drops of SAE 30 oil and replace the
screw.

How should I proceed when installing an oil pump (heavy duty 13 and 14)?

Install your pump to a 50 or 200 L reservoir (according to the model). Engage the compressed air
to the Lubrifil Assembly (which must be set to 100 psi) and activate the trigger of the
oil control meter.
Note: If your installation does not have Lubrifil Assembly, it is necessary to set the air
output pressure to 80 psi and lubricate the pump daily through the oiler, as
follows: Remove the oiler screw, apply a few drops of SAE 30 oil and replace the
screw.

I have installed the pump and it worked, but it did not “send” grease / oil. What issue could it be?

In this case there is air in the internal system of the equipment. Disconnect the hose partially from the
pump – with the compressed air off – and then, activate it. The pump will start
working and, when noticing the grease / oil outlet through the connection, turn off the compressed air and
connect the hose. The air will have been removed from the injection pipe and the equipment will work
normally.

What should I do to assemble a manual grease pump?

Check that the Pressure Regulating Filter / LUBRIFIL is connected in the correct position (there is an
arrow indicating the air direction) Also check that the pressure meter is set to the indicated
pressure (80 to100 psi).

How should I proceed when assembling a manual grease pump?
(Models 8522-G3, 8020-G3, 8620-G3, 8022-G3, 8622-G3)

Unlock the clips or the mounting ring, remove the grease compactor and cover assembly,
Add grease to the reservoir, press the cover and compactor assembly and close the reservoir
by locking the clips or mounting ring, according to the purchased model. Install the lever
(refer to the manual in case of doubt) and start the operation by moving the lever
up and down to start the grease flow through the nozzle. If the grease stops
in the pump operation, remove the cover and compactor assembly and check the grease
volume in the reservoir. For models with no compactor, just add grease and start
the operation.

How should I proceed when assembling a manual oil pump? And in the installation?
(Models 8021-G2, 8031-G2, 8631-G2, 8032-G3, 8632-G3, 8033-G2)

ASSEMBLY

1 – Assemble the lever mounting screws on the center shaft of the head and the on the rear part of the
head (if your pump lever is not assembled).
2 – Insert the crystal hose, nozzle and spigot in the oil outlet of the head, by tightening with a
correct wrench.

OPERATION

1 – Loose the clips or handle or mounting ring
2 – Remove the cover from the reservoir.
3 – Add oil to the reservoir.
4 – Place the cover.
5 – Lock the clips or handle or mounting ring
6 – Place your foot on the support pedal.
7 – Start the operation by moving the lever up and down or turning the handle
in the case of ratchet pumps, to start the oil flow through the nozzle.

I assembled the manual grease / oil pump, but it is not pumping.
What should I do?

In this case there is air in the internal system of the equipment. Disconnect the hose partially from the
pump and then, operate the lever until the grease / oil starts to come out through the connection. The air
will have been removed from the injection pipe and the equipment will be ready for use. Reconnect the
hose.

How should I proceed when assembling a manual oil pump model 7801-M?

1- Screw the suction pipe into 3 parts onto the inlet of the pump body. Tighten the connection
well to eliminate any air leaks. Note: Apply thread seal tape to the
suction pipe on the 3 parts before placing it on the pump body.
2- Screw the mounting nut firmly into the oil reservoir opening.
3- Slide the pump and the assembled 3-part suction pipe through the mounting nut
opening, so that it reaches the reservoir bottom. Tighten the mounting nut against
the three-part suction pipe
4- Connect the lever to the pump body shaft.
5- Turn the lever clockwise. Make sure there is an air outlet in the reservoir so that
the pump works satisfactorily.
6- Do not use this pump with acid, chemical products, solvents, thinner, gas or water,
because they attack the seals and gaskets.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

• Always use good quality oil / grease and avoid contaminating it with impurities (chips, tow, rags, etc.);
• Keep your compressed air line free of moisture;
• For the perfect operation of your equipment, always keep at least 16cm of fluid height in the container;
• Add Lubrifil 1/4 ″ before the air inlet of your pump to eliminate and lubricate possible impurities and moisture from your pneumatic line;
• Daily drainage of your air compressor is essential;
• Turn off or disengage compressed air from your pneumatic pump when not in use or when it will not be used for a short time.

Read all instruction manuals, stickers and labels before operating our equipment.
